Shopping in Milan part 2

October 20, 2012

Some more pictures of our shopping trip to Milan.
The first complete day in Milan, we had dinner at Papermoon. One of the restaurants in Milan, with the best pizza’s. A small, cosy, restaurant with a lot of fashionable people.  It’s in a small street, you probably won’t even notice.
At our last day we went for some sweets, to Armani at via Manzoni. Yes, sweets did I said.    They sell amazing chocolates, and even have a florist!

“Ciao Milan!” Part 3

February 24, 2012

The best place to go for a “latte” was definitely Café Trussardi for me! It’s a very modern café, with a huge bar at the entrance, which gives a great atmosphere. You will see a lot of Italian business people in suits, who go there for a break or an appointment, but there are also a lot of tourists, to enjoy, just like me and Niels, a great latte of cappuccino. Besides the coffee, you can also go there for lunch. We tried the spaghetti with tomato sauce and mozzarella, which was also delicious!

Ciao Milan!

February 23, 2012

Exactly one week ago, I came back from Milan. I went there 3 days, together with Niels, as a Valentine gift. Last year at Valentine’s day we went to the same hotel in Milan, but I was so ill that time, that we wanted to do it over again. And fortunately we fell great this time! I really love the hotel we went to. “Hotel Principe di Savoia”. It’s a classic hotel, with  a modern twist, located near to the central station and the subway is right in front of the hotel.

For the best cupcakes in town we went to an English/New york -style bakery, called “That’s Bakery”. Where you actually also can go for a real American hamburger!

And ofcourse I got some great new clothes and accessories, which I’ll show you soon!
